Since gripes are made out of ram horn, they will show visual differences in color or color tone from each other and none of them is the same of another one. The product you  purchased is 100% hand made and also cannot be the same of the one you see in the photos. Possibly you will notice some unsymmetrical marks, or marks of emery, stoning and dressing  which have no effect on usage and functionality.
